§ Sir H. Kerrasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he will introduce in England and Wales the experimental procedure which is to be used in the Glasgow Development Plan inquiry.
§ Mr. BrookeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland informs me that the Glasgow inquiry is not due to start until the week after next, and I think we should see how the new procedure goes in practice before considering whether to introduce it in England and Wales.
