Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health, in view of the increasing parking difficulties of disabled drivers, what progress has been made with the proposal to provide a badge to be displayed by disabled drivers to help them and to assist the police in using their discretion in dealing with traffic problems where disabled persons are concerned.
