§ 44. Mr. Hoyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what steps he is taking to call a conference of European fishing countries to consider the future of the available fishing grounds, the exploration of new fishing grounds and the conservation of fish.
§ Mr. SoamesThe International Council for the Exploration of the Sea, and the Commissions established under the 1946 Convention and the Convention for the North-west Atlantic, already provide machinery for consideration of these problems.
