§ Mr. MarplesNo. I see little practical advantage in having a pilot scheme since 47W it is not my present intention to light rural motorways while heavily trafficked all-purpose roads, where the hazards from pedestrians, cyclists, general traffic movement and obstructions are greater, remain unlighted.
