§ Mr. H. FraserI would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend to the hon. Member for Haltemprice (Mr. Wall) on 19th June, in which he explained that the Report will be considered by all concerned between now and the September Conference, but indicated that in his view the Report offered much promise of an acceptable solution being found to the major constitutional problems confronting Uganda today.
