Mr. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in view of the judgment given in the case of the Huddersfield Friendly and Trading Societies Club, he will introduce legislation to amend the Small Lotteries and Gaming Act to make it lawful for clubs to arrange tombola games in aid of their funds.
