§ 79. Sir G. Nicholsonasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether he has any plans to give financial assistance to Indian students in this country who may be compelled to terminate their studies owing to the exchange difficulties at present affecting the Indian Government.
§ Mr. SandysIt would be for the Indian Government to request assistance from H.M. Government in this connection if such a difficulty in fact arose. So far, however, no request of this kind has been received.
