§ 70. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will make a statement on his constitutional discussions with the Prime Minister of Southern Rhodesia; if he will give details of the alternative safeguards which will replace the United Kingdom reserve powers; and whether these proposals have the agreement of the National Democratic Party which represents most of the Africans in Southern Rhodesia.
