§ Mr. SharplesI am writing to the hon. Member in reply to his letter of 14th 145W June about this case, but my right hon. Friend cannot interfere with the decision of the Medical Appeal Tribunal which has decided that Mr. Waugh no longer suffers from a loss of faculty as a result of his industrial accident on 20th August, 1955.
