§ 76. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will make a further statement on the Geneva Conference on Laos.
§ Mr. HeathThere have been no notable developments at the Conference since it reconvened on 12th June.
Much will depend on the outcome of the conversations now taking place in Zurich between Prince Boun Oum, Prince Souvanna Phouma and Prince Souphanouvong. There has been no progress in the parallel talks among the three parties in Laos. These have been almost entirely concerned during the past few days with the procedural question of whether representatives of the International Commission should be present at the talks.
