§ 46. Mr. Marquandasked the Minister of Transport what reply he has given to the request of the Middlesbrough County Borough Council for authority, during the period 1962–66, to undertake improvement of South Bank Road and the construction of a bridge over the railway in Ormesby Road, and to commence operations on the projected northern route through the town.
§ Mr. HayIt has not been possible to include these three schemes in the 3-year132W programme we have announced. They will be borne in mind when the programmes for subsequent years are being prepared.
