§ 3. Mr. S. O. Daviesasked the Lord Privy Seal if, with a view to avoiding the outbreak of a second war in Korea, he will propose in the United Nations Security Council an inquiry, to be held in Korea, into those actions of the United States of America which have contravened the Korean Armistice Agreement and into recent United States intervention in the internal affairs of South Korea, as being threats to international peace.
