§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Prime Minister what special steps are being taken by Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom to acquaint other Commonwealth Governments of its policy towards the Common Market and to obtain authoritative and up-to-date views thereon from the Commonwealth overseas.
