§ Mr. P. ThomasThe percentage rate of unemployment in the travel-to-work area, which covers Dunfermline and Cowdenbeath and also Inverkeithing and Burntisland was 3 per cent. at 15th May, compared with 3.8 per cent. at 16th May, 1960.
