§ Mr. HeathWe are in constant communication with the United States Administration through the United States Embassy here in London, through our Embassy in Washington and through our Mission at the United Nations. It is not possible to give a detailed account of our negotiations; but it is our objective, and I believe that of our friends, to devise an honourable solution, as fair as possible to all the parties concerned.
