§ Mr. SoamesDevelopment of new agricultural chemicals is not undertaken by the Government. This is a job for the manufacturing industry who are fully aware of the importance of finding less toxic chemicals, including seed dressings, for use in agriculture, and continually engaged on research into new chemicals.
