§ Mr. SandysIt was announced in December, 1960 that the Federal Constitutional Review Conference will reconvene on a date to be decided by the five Governments in the light of progress made at the talks on the Constitutions of Southern Rhodesia and Northern Rhodesia. While much progress has been made in regard to these two territories, we have not yet reached the point when a date can be fixed for reconvening the Federal Conference.
