§ Mr. ProfumoYes. Details of this scheme are now settled. It applies to all overseas stations except North-West Europe for which a scheme already exists. Broadly speaking, all married Servicemen on an overseas tour of not less than two years will be permitted to take leave in this country at public expense if they are to be unaccompanied by their wives for a minimum of 21 months.
