§ 76. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will give an assurance that, when considering future applications by rulers of British-protected States for the transfer of prisoners to British territory to serve their sentences, he will require as a condition of such consideration that a transcript of the proceedings of their trial be made available for publication in the United Kingdom.
