§ Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reply he has now returned to Mr. Julius Nyerere's representations urging the closure of the Portuguese consulate in Dar-es-Salaam.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodI had some discussion on this matter with Mr. Nyerere when he was in London but I am not yet ready to add to the Answer which I gave to the hon. Member on 24th July.
