If, with regard to migration and the large number of existing separate organisations concerned with it, they commend progress towards integration and if so, whether they will assist any visible move in that direction.

the policy of Her Majesty's Government to encourage emigration to other Commonwealth countries. To the extent that any integration of the organisations to which the noble Lord refers may further that policy, the Government would naturally welcome it.
