§ Mr. Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations when the hon. Member for Cardiff, South-East, can expect a reply to his letter of 13th June asking for the present whereabouts of a Mosuto named Leuta Mahao, whose death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment and who has been transferred from prison in Basutoland to a prison in the Republic of South Africa.
