§ Mr. SandysTable A (i) and (ii) below shows expenditure in respect of loans made to independent Commonwealth countries under Section 3 of the Export Guarantees Act, 1948, as since amended, and the amounts still to be drawn under existing loan agreements. It does not include amounts committed in principle for which agreements have not yet been signed or the timing of expenditure has not ye: been settled. Among these are further loans to India and Pakistan, and
