Mr. Fletcherasked the Secretary to the Treasury what progress has been made by the Working Party set up under his chairmanship to inquire into the organisation of the official bodies concerned with archaeology in this country, following upon the recommendations of the Select Committee on Estimates.
§ Sir E. BoyleThe Group has met at frequent intervals over the last six months and has now completed taking a wide range of evidence, both written and oral. It hopes to complete its work in the autumn.
