§ Mr. Holtasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance in view of the free medical and dental treatment which is available in the United Kingdom to Russian visitors if he will negotiate reciprocal arrangements for British visitors to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterIt is our policy to make agreements of this kind whenever suitable opportunities and occasions arise. I have for some time had under study the question whether there are any fields of social security in which reciprocal arrangements could usefully be developed as between this country and the Soviet Union.
