§ Mr. R. A. ButlerYes. It is proposed that an Order under Section 1 (2) of the Visiting Forces Act, 1952, designating the Federal Republic of Germany for the purposes of all the provisions of the Act, shall be submitted to the Privy Council at the same time as the Application of Law Order under Section 8 of the Act which Parliament is now being asked to approve.
