§ Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Transport if he is aware that applications further to increase bus fares in South Wales have been made before he has announced his decision on the appeal against the last fare increases; and what steps he is taking, in view of the fact that in 1960 his decision to allow similar appeals was nullified by the granting of further fare increases before the appeals could become effective, to ensure that his decisions are put into effect before the commencement of consideration of subsequent applications.
