§ Mr. Swinglerasked the President of the Board of Trade what discussions he has had with the Governments of the Common Market countries about film quotas and subsidies in Western Europe and about co-operative ventures in film production between European producers, since the date of the signing of the Treaty of Rome.
§ Mr. MaudlingDiscussions have taken place with these and other Governments on a multilateral basis within the framework of the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation. In addition, there have been bilateral discussions with the Governments of France, Italy and Western Germany.
