§ Mr. McAddenasked the Parliamentary Secretary for Science how many officials of his Department or of the bodies for which he is answerable are 15W authorised to enter private residential and landed property without the necessity of obtaining the owner's or occupier's permission.
§ Mr. Denzil FreethNone, Sir, with the exception of the Atomic Energy Authority's constabulary who have, within a radius of fifteen miles of any of the Authority's premises, the same powers as county police forces with regard to entering private property in order to apprehend a felon.
