§ Mr. MaudlingThere are no officials of the Board of Trade authorised to enter private residential and landed property where no business is carried on, but forty-five officials are authorised to enter and carry out inspections of undertakings for the purpose of enforcing Orders made under the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939.
