§ Mr. SoamesYes. The National Committee has been set up and held its first meeting on 1st June. My right hon. Friend, the Prime Minister, has already announced that the Duke of Edinburgh has accepted an invitation to be Patron of the National Committee, and that he, the right hon. Gentleman, the Leader of the Opposition, and the hon. Member for Orkney and Shetland (Mr. Grimond) have agreed to be Vice-Patrons. The following have also accepted invitations to help and support the campaign.
