§ Mr. Selwyn LloydPrivate investment by the United Kingdom in the European94W Economic Community is now estimated at £32 million in 1958 and £41 million in 1959. Estimates on a similar basis are not available for 1957 and those for 1960 are not yet ready. Certain supplementary information on the lines sought by my hon. Friend about direct investment in countries and industries was published in the Board of Trade Journal of 17th February last.
