Footasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will publish a White Paper giving details of the action taken by Her Majesty's Government during the Second World War to prevent the supply of 76W wolfram to Germany by the Portuguese Government, including the number of occasions on which Her Majesty's Government protested to the Portuguese Government on this matter.
