§ Mr. GodberNo. I am satisfied that the existing Cabinet Committee machinery is adequate for ensuring that Her Majesty's Government's representatives receive adequate instruction. I do not consider that yet another committee would be advantageous nor that an inquiry is necessary.

There is no Permanent Representative. The United Kingdom nominee on the Executive Board of the World Health Organisation for the time being is Dr. D. Thompson, M.D., D.P.H., Deputy Chief Medical Officer in the Ministry of Health.
The World Meteorological Organisation
The Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom is Sir Graham Sutton, Kt., C.B.E., F.R.S., Director-General of the Meteorological Office. He is also a member in his own right of the Executive Committee of the World Meteorological Organisation.
The International Atomic Energy Agency
The United Kingdom Representative on the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency is Mr. M. I. Michaels, C.B., Under-Secretary in the Office of the Minister of Science.
The representatives maintain relations with the Agency concerned, and where appropriate with their colleagues of other countries similarly designated, and deal with the ordinary business transacted between Her Majesty's Government and the Agency concerned, taking part where appropriate in the meetings of the Agency and its subsidiary bodies.
