§ Mr. HeathThere is an agricultural attaché resident in Copenhagen, who is also accredited to The Hague. Agricultural attaches deal mainly with technical agricultural problems. They are under instructions to be guided by the head of mission at the post or posts to which they are accredited on any part of their work which has a political significance.
