§ Mr. BevinsI am sorry that separate figures for the Borough of Ilford are not available, but in the London Telecommunications Region as a whole there were nearly 10,000 cases of wilful damage to kiosk telephones in 1960. I deplore this vandalism and am considering what further steps can be taken to protect the telephone service against it.
