asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will give details of the plans made by the Central Office of Information for the production of the Russian-language magazine for distribution in the Soviet Union.

There is little I can usefully add to what I said in reply to a similar question by the hon. Gentleman on 6th February. The Central Office of Information is recruiting editorial staff, commissioning material for the first number and making arrangements for translation.
