asked the Civil Lord of the Admiralty what use was made by his Department's personnel of the first-class compartment reserved for an Admiralty courier on the 3.20 p.m. train from Bath to Paddington on 11th February; and what arrangements he makes to prevent inconvenience to the travelling public arising from these reservations.
