§ Mr. Thorntonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will list the penalties imposed by the court in Hong Kong, following convictions during the first and last quarters of 1960, for breaches of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance and Regulations in respect of employing women and young persons for seven days per week.
