asked the Minister of Education what representations he has received in connection with the refusal by Bristol Education Authority to grant a student at Edinburgh University an award to cover his fourth year, in spite of the fact that his academic performance over the previous three years has been satisfactory, and will be wasted unless the award is renewed: and what reply he has sent.
