100. Mr. Fisher

asked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will make a statement on the progress of the Southern Rhodesian Constitutional Conference.

Mr. Sandys:

At its conclusion on Tuesday, the Southern Rhodesian Constitutional Conference approved a detailed report setting out its recommendations. I propose to present this to the House as a white Paper.
