§ Mr. R. A. Butler:This is not a matter for which I have any responsibility. Under the Charities Act, the council of a county or borough, and the council of an urban district if it so resolves, may establish an index of local charities and obtain the relevant entries from the Charity Commissioners and the Minister of Education.
