asked the Minister of Health (1) when it is proposed to commence the construction of the new hospital in Abergavenny;

(2) when it is proposed to commence the construction of the new development scheme at the Royal Gwent Hospital.

Mr. Powell:

I would refer the non-Member to the last paragraph of my reply of 25th January to my noble Friend the Member for Hertford (Lord Balniel). I have nothing to add to this at present.
