§ Mr. Rankinasked the Minister of Aviation to make a statement on the negotiations between his Department and the management of St. Cuthbert's Golf Club for the acquisition by his Department of the land necessary for the building of the new terminal at Prestwick Airport.
§ Mr. Thorneycroft:Agreement has been reached with the management of the club and the purchase will be completed on 1st April. Although some of the land is not immediately required for the building of the new terminal the whole of the golf course, including the club house, is being bought.
