§ Mr. Hay:The results of the public demonstration of Oilsink and of subsequent laboratory tests have not yet been fully evaluated. Oil pollution on the beaches of the United Kingdom continues to give concern, and my noble Friend the Minister for Science has arranged for the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research to carry out a research programme to help to solve the problem.
