§ 61. Mr. McLarenasked the Minister of Transport if he will state his decision upon the application made by the Bristol 120W City Council in December, 1960, for loan sanction and Exchequer grant in respect of the construction of the proposed inner circuit road from St. James Barton to Wellington Road.
