§ Mr. Kershawasked the Minister of Transport what proposals he has for allowing a refund on surrendered motor driving licences, the validity of which has not yet expired.
§ Mr. Marples:This proposal was considered but not adopted during the passage through Parliament of the Road Traffic Act, 1956. I see no good reason for revising that decision.
