§ Mr. Healeyasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will consult the Prime Minister of the Central African Federation with a view to establishing more effective control over the passage of arms between federal territory and the Congo.
§ Mr. SandysI shall continue to maintain close contact with the Prime Minister of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland on this subject.
