asked the Lord Privy Seal whether the reciprocal arrangement between Her Majesty's Government and the Soviet authorities in East Germany governing the accrediting of news correspondents in London and East Berlin, respectively, is still being observed in view of Her Majesty's Government's refusal on 13th August to permit a particular correspondent to return to London.
