§ Mr. Iremongerasked the Minister of Transport if he will arrange for the northern end of Redbridge Lane East, Ilford, to be made open to two-way traffic as far as Inglehurst Gardens for the period between now and Christmas, for the convenience of shoppers coming to the area by car.
§ Mr. MarplesI understand that the one-way working in Redbridge Lane East is a temporary measure connected with the reconstruction of the road. It it entirely the responsibility of the highway authority, Ilford Borough Council.
